Foray into Animation.

During the final weeks of 2023 I found myself working extensively on my fourth short film. A conglomeration of alternative filmmaking techniques I had learned throughout the fall, “Toy Box” aims to explore the relationship between celebrities, the entertainment industry, and the general public. While production went by smoothly because of my personal expertise in preparation, and the involvement of several talented individuals, the same could not be said for post-production. My process for creating this film involved extensive uploading, exporting, and animating of individual frames. While I gained a greater understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud’s functionality, practical time management, and alterations of realistic goals would become the biggest takeaway of this film.
